A Stunning Spring Wedding at the Wiedemann Hill Mansion in Newport, Kentucky
This gorgeous wedding was a pure joy to photograph! It also was full of "firsts" for us as wedding photographers. It was our first time at the Wiedemann Hill Mansion, a lovely wedding venue set in the Kentucky hills across the river from downtown Cincinnati. It was also our very first time to meet the couple on the wedding day and not prior (thank you, NO thank you, Covid). Besides emailing back and forth and planning over the phone, we had never met, so we didn't know much about Lindsay's and Chad's personalities. Turns out, they are incredibly sweet and easy-going! I couldn't even believe how calm Lindsay was when we arrived for getting ready photos. No bridezilla here! Another first for us was taking part in a charming, intimate wedding with only close friends and family surrounding the couple. There's something so special about having all your near and dear ones there to witness a sacred union!
